Our return policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the order date.

If you want to cancel the order, you must indicate this via customer service.

As soon as the return is received by us, we will check whether it is indeed unused and unopened. When the return is accepted you will receive an email.

Here you will find information about the return of undamaged and unused items.

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract for 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
For returns you can send an email to for further processing.
Note: It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If something is wrong or there are problems, you can contact us immediately so that we can investigate.

Note: When you return a product and the amount falls below € 25, we will add € 4.95 shipping costs.

To deliver ships your order within 1 working day after your order has been paid. With a bank transfer it applies within 2 working days after the amount has been credited to our account. The packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday, depending on the chosen carrier, unless it is a public holiday.

It can happen that an item is sold out without being mentioned in the webshop. In that case we will contact you to find the best solution.

You can state the desired date and time in the comments section when placing the order. We will confirm this to you by e-mail or by telephone.

Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver to a PO box address.


Are you not at home on the mentioned delivery day?
No problem! The order will then be delivered to the nearest post office. The postman will leave a message about this in your letterbox. Take this paper along with your ID card to the post office to collect your package there.

Pick up your order
We do not have a store. Payment of the order is possible in advance with iDEAL, Bank transfer, Afterpay or Credit card.

Order cancelled
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs.

We will do the refund without delay and at the latest:
a) 14 days after the day on which we received all delivered goods from you; or
b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day on which you provide proof that you have returned the goods; or
c) if no goods have been delivered, 14 days after the day on which we canceled the order.

We will pay the refund with the same payment method that you used for the payment, unless you indicate otherwise. No costs will be charged with regard to the refund. You must contribute the costs for returning the products yourself.
