Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve is a protein-rich, intensive pre-shampoo treatment that strengthens, repairs and bounces hair bonds from within. The hair is made of keratin structure, which is strengthened by so-called hair bonds. There are 3 types of bonds that make up the hair structure:

- Disulphide bonds: which are damaged by bleaching and chemical treatments.

- Salt compounds: which are damaged by a sudden pH imbalance.

- Hydrogen compounds: which are damaged by excessive moisture and heat.

Bond Curl Rehab Salve contains a powerful blend of superfoods and fortifying active ingredients that target all 3 bonds to restore, rebuild and restore hair fiber strength. Main ingredients

Chia Seed Extract - Is a unique liso-peptide protein designed to have a restorative effect on the hair shaft.

Prickly Pear - Has unique moisturizing properties, great for taming frizz and moisturizing weak, brittle hair.

Shiitake mushrooms - Are adaptogens, substances that address the negative effects of physical, emotional and environmental stress. They are packed with nutrients essential for strong, healthy hair.

Blackcurrant - Rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, it helps to reduce water absorption in the hair, making the fibers stronger.

Use: Apply generously to towel-dried hair. Leave on for at least 15 minutes, longer if desired (up to 1 hour). Rinse well and follow with your favorite Curlsmith shampoo, conditioner and styling products.
